• ½ banana
• ½ avocado
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ inch ginger (peeled)
• Juice of ½ lemon

• 1 cup almond milk
• ½ cup frozen mixed berries
• ½ cup frozen cauliflower
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 4 ice cubes

Tropical Hemp Smoothie
• 1 cup coconut milk
• ½ cup frozen pineapple
• ½ cup frozen mango
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds
• ½ inch fresh turmeric (or ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
• Juice of ½ lime
• 4 ice cubes

• 1 cup oat milk

• ½ avocado
• ½ green apple (cored)
• ½ inch ginger (peeled)

• Juice of ½ lemon

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
