I’m Carly Poth.
Wellness Experience Designer. Certified Longevity Specialist. Certified Pilates instructor. Precision Nutrition certified coach. Speaker at the Global Longevity Forum in Rome. I have spent the last 25 years building a life around a single conviction: how we age is highly trainable.
My work sits at the intersection of metabolic science, strength training, and hormone-supportive strategy. I design systems that restore steady energy, sharpen cognition, and build real, usable strength. This is not about quick fixes. It is about creating a body that can sustain ambition, creativity, leadership, and joy for decades.
I work with high-performing individuals who expect more from their health. People who understand that vitality is an asset and are ready to treat it that way.
I am part performance expert, part systems architect, grounded in a deep respect for the human experience. I help you build a body that holds your life.
Why this work matters to me
Longevity is not theoretical for me. My grandmother on my father’s side lived to 99, a signal of strong genetic potential. But genetics are only a fraction of the equation. The larger driver is how we live; how we train, fuel, recover, and think on a daily basis.
I began my career as an interior designer, earning a degree in interior design and developing a deep understanding of how environments shape the way we feel and function.
At 27, I founded my first company, a chocolate brand that earned national media coverage within months of launch. Eterna is the evolution of that foundation, built through decades of disciplined curiosity, applied science, and a commitment to designing a life lived at full capacity.
Longevity is not about avoiding decline. It is about building a life that remains powerful, engaged, and expansive over time.
PERFORMANCE BY DESIGN
As a certified Pilates instructor and lifelong endurance athlete, I teach that intentional movement is one of the most powerful evidence-supported practices for longevity and healthspan. Movement is not just exercise. It is a daily investment in how we age, think, and live.
I have challenged my body through half marathons and the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, one of the most demanding races in the world. That finish line reinforced what I have always believed: with the right lifestyle, training, and mindset, age is not a limitation. It is a variable we can work with.
Through Eterna Body, the Eterna Method Experience, and private coaching, I help individuals and organizations build the systems that make vitality sustainable, not as a season, but as a way of life.
